direct investments
Investments where we are the primary capital and operator. In these deals, we participate end-to-end from acquisition, value-add, hold to eventual exit.
We have primarily invested in one to four unit dwellings focusing on the Oaklawn area of Dallas. We have been involved in wholesale deals, light renovations and full-scale, ground-up development. We have created value through both cash flow and long-term capital appreciation.
indirect investments
Investments where we are limited partners in a private investment transaction and another entity is acting as the operating partner.
We have invested indirectly in 10+ deals across the U.S., in assets ranging from townhomes, apartments, manufactured housing, hard money lending, ATM machines, shopping centers and self storage. When looking for investments, we prioritize the operating partner/platform first followed by the market/sub-market and then finally the specific asset.
